Get Help

Services at the Sickle Cell Disease Center include comprehensive medical inpatient and outpatient treatments, including annual exams, nutritional counseling, physical therapy, lab and x-ray evaluations, and pain management counseling.

The mission of the Sickle Cell Disease Associations’ Kansas City Chapter is to educate the public about and provide direct services to patients and their families who have sickle cell disease. They offer information and referral programs, counseling, and employment programs. They also help with prescriptions and transportation.
